Coping With Anxiety Daily
Anxiety can sap your energy and make daily life seem exhausting. Anxiety can make you worry about everything and everyone. There are ways to cope with anxiety that will make daily living more tolerable and even give you moments of relief. Cognitive therapies help us gain greater insight into the fears that underlie most anxiety. Once we recognize patterns in our thinking and we can correlate our thoughts to triggering life events.
